This is the most exciting part of what CEEF is all about, the grants.

The funds that you donate go directly into our schools where they inspire, educate, energize and bring education to our students in a variety of inspirational ways.  From the large-impact grants that benefitted each of the three schools in Cape, to the Wellness grant which unites the schools with the larger community around them and promotes healthy lifestyle choices, CEEF's grant-giving has had fundamental impact in our schools.

In the majority of cases it is the teachers who apply for these grants; the fine educators who are always looking for ways to improve what they do, or go the extra mile for those students who need help.  Math-meets-fun in the cutting-edge Math LabWe are able to partner with them and support them in their endeavors to bring excellence and innovation in education to our students.  CEEF grants come in all shapes and guises; from Lego robotics combining real life skills with the disciplines of math, physics and technology to academic enrichment through professional development and class field trips.  The common theme they all share is the dedication and vision of the teachers who ask for and implement them.

CEEF grant-giving provides a much-needed resource for these teachers to acquire funds for initiatives, funds that are just not available from the school budget.  We think you will agree when you get a glimpse of what some of the $755,000+ granted to our schools since 2002 has achieved, you will feel as inspired as we are.  Enjoy!
